  Thomas' will is dated Sep 8, 1829 and it states that he is weak and infirm in body. He names his sons John Henson and Johnathan B joint executors of his estate. To his son Colmore, he leaves one dollar. To his son John Henson, he leaves a cow and a calf, a feather bed, and furniture. To his son Johnathan B, he leaves one dollar.
